During the pandemic, when a customer needed his iPhone 11 delivered at his doorstep in Kasturi Nagar, nobody was willing to take up the task as it was late in the evening, and it had already started to rain. Without any hesitation, Pallavi stepped in and accepted the assignment. She not only delivered the phone to the customer but took all the necessary precautions.

I called the store and asked if there is any way I could get the headphone delivered at the Railway station. The representative named Dileep accepted the order and assured me that he will be here before I board the train and leave for Mumbai. It’s unbelievable that he made it to the station and delivered Apple wired EarPods in 7 minutes.
